PRE-ARRIVAL CHECKLIST

___ 1. OLC Registration and Payment

___ 2. Reservation & Payment for Optional Side Trips

___ 3. Arrange Housing

___ 4. Obtain Passport & Visa (unless on Visa Waiver Program)

___ 5. Purchase Airplane Tickets

___ 6. Schedule Airport Transfer from PDX to Albany

___ 7. Make hotel accommodations for first night if arriving very late

___ 8. Notify OLC by email (info@oregonlanguagecenter.com) of:

• Flight number, arrival date & arrival time
• Where you are staying (including phone number) the weekend before the program begins
• Your housing arrangements (include address) during the program. (You will also need your housing information for Customs & Immigration when you arrive.)
• Your transportation plan to get to class from your residence during the program
