PAYMENT To reserve your space in a summer ESL program, full tuition is due at the time of registration. Payment may be submitted by credit card on our secure website. You may cancel your reservation up to 21 days in advance and receive a full refund, less credit card fees of 3%. If you cancel fewer than 21 days in advance, a $100 processing fee will be charged. For residents of Oregon taking single classes, you may pay by cash, check, or credit card.  If you cancel, you may receive a full refund up to the first day of class, less 3% for processing.
